clean room helpful staff thin wall broken air conditioning
The room was clean. It was a Classic Twin Room. The staff was helpful with directions. The breakfast had several choices.
The room walls were thin. I heard sounds from other rooms. The air conditioning did not work well so the room was warm.

a charming respite
large rooms high standard delicious breakfast
i found the rooms were quite large and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. the location allowed easy access to the arc de triomphe and nearby metro stations , simplifying my explorations. i particularly appreciated the breakfast , which was delicious and provided a lovely start to each day.
the noise from upper floors sometimes disrupted the tranquility of my room , which impacted my ability to fully relax.

The location is good, as it is near a popular landmark.
The room was small. The staff wasn't particularly kind. I requested paper cups for the coffee machine at the reception, but they told me I had to bring a cup from my room. This seemed unreasonable AND inconvenient.

excellent location nice variety comfortable bed
I enjoyed the hotel's excellent location, close to transport and attractions. It really helped to explore the area with ease. the breakfast offered nice variety, and i found fresh options daily. the room itself was well maintained, and i liked the comfortable bed.

The hotel provides free coffee and hot beverages in the hall, which i thought was a really nice touch. It's available anytime. there is also luggage storage after checkout, so that adds convenience. wifi access is free throughout the premises.

staff were very helpful and pleasant at the front desk. room service is available, providing an additional layer of convenience. i always found someone available to answer my questions. the showers always had warm water.

I found the location very convenient, with easy access to the metro and various restaurants nearby. The front desk offered great customer service throughout my stay. The room provided was quite spacious for a hotel in this area. I appreciated the included breakfastwith a good variety of options.
